About Us

The ROTHENBERGER School of Management is a key part of the Dr. Helmut Rothenberger Holding and sees itself as a driving force for continuous development and company-wide networking.

Our mission is to sustainably enhance the qualifications and competencies of our employees and to prepare them for the challenges of an ever-changing working world. In close collaboration with the companies within the holding, we design tailored training programs that combine professional expertise, personal growth, and entrepreneurial thinking.

We also create platforms for cross-functional exchange, promote collaboration, and strengthen the internal network across the entire group of companies.
