We support apprentices and students in dual study programs from day one – with practice-oriented content, digital learning formats, and a strong community to facilitate a successful start into their careers.
Group-wide exchange and networking are central to RO Learning — from the very beginning and throughout the entire training period. Our trainees represent our future, and we consciously invest in that future: each year, we train up to 400 young people with the aim of enabling them to build a successful professional path within our corporate group.
THE ROTHENBERGER APPRENTICE CAMP
In 2024, the first ROTHENBERGER Apprentice Camp took place at ROTHENBERGER in Kelkheim – an event designed to bring together apprentices and dual-study students from the Rothenberger Group and promote their training. With over 200 participants from various companies, the Apprentice Camp was a great success, providing an ideal platform for networking, exchanging ideas, and learning. The Apprentice Camp 2025 is already in preparation.
The 2nd ROTHENBERGER APPRENTICE CAMP
On September 26 and 27, 2025, the 2nd ROTHENBERGER School of Management Trainee Camp took place at our host RÖHM GmbH in Sontheim. Over 200 trainees and trainers from the companies of the ROTHENBERGER Group came together to experience a varied program in just two days.
From exciting tours of the company premises to practical workshops on eight different topics and challenging activities such as assembling a drill chuck or grinding a RÖHM sharpener, the camp offered plenty of inspiration and fun.
